  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff.
  • Lead service components: quality food, friendly service, store cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2–3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
  • Innate hospitality and customer service excellence.
  • Strong tech skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens (a plus).
