Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse, part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
• Lead service quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence in quality, service, and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute fun local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional service.
• MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams proficiency; ATS experience.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
