  • Hire, coach, and develop diverse part-time staff including Shift Leaders and Delivery Drivers.
  • Lead service components: quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales growth.
  • Manage and audit inventory controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail establishment.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Solid technical acumen with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and experience hiring via an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens is a plus.
