  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service quality, guest experience, and store cleanliness through the team.
  • Build a culture of excellence around cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality for daily management.
  • An innate sense of hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong tech skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens.
