📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff.
• Lead service: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture prioritizing cookie quality, service and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management in a restaurant or retail.
• Available to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset.
• Strong hospitality and customer service.
• Tech: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens a plus.
