  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff.

  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mindset.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Tech: restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS.
  • Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens is a plus.
