  • Hire and coach a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, friendliness, and cleanliness.
  • Build a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality, service and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Tech-savvy with restaurant/retail software; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Teams; ATS hiring experience.
  • Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
