๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Hire, coach and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness
  • Build a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales growth
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong tech acumen with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS hiring experience
  • Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens is a plus
