  • Hire, coach and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
  • Lead service components: quality food, customer service, team friendliness, store cleanliness
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service and sales
  • Manage and audit inventory with proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail
  • Available to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun
  • Benevolent, player-coach leadership style
  • Strong hospitality and customer service focus
  • Proficiency with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens (plus)
