  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset
  • Strong hospitality and customer service focus
  • Tech savvy: restaurant software, Outlook, Excel, Teams, ATS
  • Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus
