  • Hire, coach, and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, friendly team, store cleanliness
  • Build culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
  • Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach approach to daily management
  • Hospitality mindset with ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Solid tech skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and experience with an ATS
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
