  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service: quality food, customer service, teamwork, cleanliness.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Availability 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with player-coach mentality.
  • Strong hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Tech: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
