  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
  • Lead service quality, customer service, friendliness and store cleanliness
  • Build a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service and sales
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail
  • Avail 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with player-coach mentality
  • Strong hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Solid tech: restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, ATS
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
