📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time team.
• Lead service components: quality, service, and store cleanliness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management.
• Avail 2–3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• People-first leadership with a player-coach approach.
• Strong hospitality and customer service focus.
• Tech-savvy with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens.
