  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Crew, drivers).
  • Lead service: food quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
  • Avail to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
  • Strong hospitality mindset; deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Strong tech: POS/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
