- Avail to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
- Strong hospitality mindset; deliver exceptional guest service.
- Strong tech: POS/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
- Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
