  • Lead service quality, customer service, and store cleanliness
  • Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops
  • Drive in-store recognition programs and contests

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach approach
  • Strong hospitality mindset and customer service focus
  • Solid tech skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, ATS
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
