Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
• Lead service quality, customer service, staff friendliness and store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach approach.
• Strong hospitality and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Tech-savvy; retail software; proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
• Familiar with commercial convection ovens (a plus).
