- Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.

π― Requirements
- 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts ThuβSun.
- Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach approach.
- Strong hospitality mindset and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Solid tech acumen: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; prior ATS experience.
- Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
