  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, team friendliness, store cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service and sales growth.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops to drive traffic.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach approach.
  • Strong hospitality mindset and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Solid tech acumen: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; prior ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
