🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Solid technical acumen with restaurant/retail software; proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS hiring experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
