  • Hire and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
  • Build a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach style.
  • Hospitality mindset and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong tech acumen for restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
