  • Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service quality, customer service, and store cleanliness.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Available to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent, player-coach leadership style.
  • Strong hospitality mindset with exceptional customer service.
  • Solid tech skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; knowledge of ATS.
  • Familiarity with convection ovens (a plus).
