  • Hire, coach & develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers)
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness
  • Build a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service and sales
  • Manage and audit inventory for proper controls
  • Create local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs
  • Drive in-store recognition programs and contests

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset
  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
  • Familiar with commercial convection ovens (a plus)
