๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute fun, local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong tech skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; experience with ATS.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
