- Create and execute local marketing drops.
- Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
- Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Solid tech with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
- Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
