Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
Lead service components: food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness
Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and sales
Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
Create and execute local marketing drops
Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset
Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
Tech: restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS exp
Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus
