Hire, coach and develop diverse hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
Lead service components: food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness.
Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales.
Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
Create and execute local marketing drops.
Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
Availability for 2–3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
Benevolent, coach-like leadership style.
Strong hospitality mindset; exceptional customer service.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; knowledge of ATS.
Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
