- 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
- Strong hospitality mindset with excellent customer service.
- Tech savvy with restaurant software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
- Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens is a plus.
