- 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset for daily mgmt.
- Hospitality mindset; deliver exceptional customer service.
- Tech savvy with restaurant software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
- Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
