• Improve store operations with the Ops Team for fast delivery.
• Participate in internal and external meetings.
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure good product selection.
• Monitor shrink and reduce food waste.
• Manage shift scheduling.
• Handle incoming goods and store orders.
• Oversee store needs to enable fast growth including supplies and IT devices.

• Leadership experience with ability to motivate others.
• Grocery store experience is a plus.
• Fast learner with multitasking ability.
• Proactive and service minded.
• Can do attitude in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Available to work day, evening and weekends.
• Data driven and analytical; uses data to improve.
• Fluent English required.
