📋 Description

  • Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years retail or related leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout shift
  • Excellent time management and personal accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams and drive results
