📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors
• Lead team by leveraging tools and incentives to meet sales goals
• Oversee Sales, Service, Operations and Visual Managers
• Oversee and implement key operational and visual guidelines
• Create and execute clear in-store communications

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within retail or related industry
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Be a brand ambassador and align store culture with ALO’s mission
• Demonstrates agility to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
