- Act as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when the Store Ops Manager is absent.
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for new hires in the manager's absence.
- Support ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Uphold baking, uniform, and policy standards; ensure guest service.
π― Requirements
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
- Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
- Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System
- 4-5 day work week with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts (Thu-Sun)
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
