πŸ“‹ Description

  • Act as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when the Store Ops Manager is absent.
  • Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for new hires in the manager's absence.
  • Support ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Uphold baking, uniform, and policy standards; ensure guest service.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
  • Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System
  • 4-5 day work week with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts (Thu-Sun)
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
