πŸ“‹ Description

  • Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when GM is absent.
  • Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in sales and deliveries.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, Drivers).
  • Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Ensure staff adhere to standards (baking, uniforms, policies).

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
  • POS (Point of Sale) systems experience.
  • Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Able to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
