- Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when GM is absent.
- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, Drivers).
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
- Ensure staff adhere to standards (baking, uniforms, policies).
π― Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
- POS (Point of Sale) systems experience.
- Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Able to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts ThuβSun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
