- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, Delivery Drivers).
- Assist Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Uphold standards for baking, uniform, and company policies.
π― Requirements
- 1+ year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- POS system experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking System.
- Able to work 4-5 days, with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts ThuβSun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
