πŸ“‹ Description

  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the Store Ops Manager is absent.
  • Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, Delivery Drivers).
  • Assist Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Uphold standards for baking, uniform, and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
  • POS system experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking System.
  • Able to work 4-5 days, with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
