  • Perform as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when the Store Ops Manager is not present.
  • Supervise and coach 2-5 team members on sales and deliveries.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for hourly hires when the manager is absent.
  • Assist with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Upselling and customer service excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
  • POS systems experience.
  • MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • Availability to work 4-5 days per week, Thu-Sun shifts.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
