- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager's absence.
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- Upsell and ensure excellent customer service.
π― Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- POS system experience.
- MS Office/Word and Applicant Tracking System familiarity.
- Available 4-5 days and 1-2 late shifts (Thu-Sun).
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
