πŸ“‹ Description

  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the GM is not present.
  • Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager's absence.
  • Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
  • Upsell and ensure excellent customer service.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
  • POS system experience.
  • MS Office/Word and Applicant Tracking System familiarity.
  • Available 4-5 days and 1-2 late shifts (Thu-Sun).
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
