- Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the GM is unavailable.
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in sales and delivery.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- Upsell and deliver excellent customer service.
π― Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- Prior POS systems experience.
- Ability to use MS Office, Word, and our ATS.
- Available to work a 4-5 day week and 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
