- Supervise and train 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the managerβs absence.
- Assist with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- Uphold standards on baking, uniforms and company policies.
π― Requirements
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
- Experience conducting interviews of hourly staff.
- POS system experience.
- Proficient with MS Office and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to work a 4-5 day week and Thu-Sun shifts.
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
