Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Manager-on-Duty during shifts when GM is not present.
• Supervise and train 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager’s absence.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
• Uphold standards on baking, uniforms and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
• Experience conducting interviews of hourly staff.
• POS system experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to work a 4-5 day week and Thu-Sun shifts.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
