Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when GM is absent.
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 teammates on cookie sales and deliveries.
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the manager's absence.
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
• Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
• POS systems experience.
• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thu-Sun).
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
