- Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present.
- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training of new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the manager's absence.
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- Uphold Insomnia Cookies standards (baking, uniforms, policies).
๐ฏ Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant/retail.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- Prior POS systems experience.
- Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Available to work 4-5 days and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

- Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
