- Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager is not present.
- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager's absence.
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- Maintain Insomnia Cookies' standards for baking, uniform and policies.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role in a restaurant or retail store.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- POS systems experience.
- Ability to use MS Office, Word and an Applicant Tracking System.
- Full-time availability 4-5 days with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
