Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when the GM is absent.
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in sales and deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential hires when manager is absent.
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory and scheduling.
• Uphold standards (baking, uniforms, policies) and drive customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff.
• Prior POS systems experience.
• Ability to utilize MS Office and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Available to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
