๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present.
  • Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries.
  • Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders and Delivery Drivers).
  • Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
  • Hold staff accountable to standards (baking, uniform, policies) and drive upselling and service.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
  • POS system experience.
  • Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
  • 4-5 day work week with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

  • Pay rate: $20.00-$23.00/hr.
