- Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present.
- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries.
- Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders and Delivery Drivers).
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- Hold staff accountable to standards (baking, uniform, policies) and drive upselling and service.
๐ฏ Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- POS system experience.
- Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
- 4-5 day work week with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

- Pay rate: $20.00-$23.00/hr.
- Eligible for end-of-month store bonus.
