Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Manager-on-Duty during shifts when Store Ops Manager is not present.
• Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members on cookie sales and deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager's absence.
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
• Uphold Insomnia Cookies standards (baking, uniform, policies) and upsell.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory in restaurant or retail.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff.
• POS systems experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, and an Applicant Tracking System.
• Available to work 4-5 days, 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
