- Manager-on-Duty during shifts when Store Ops Manager is not present.
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members on cookie sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager's absence.
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
- Uphold Insomnia Cookies standards (baking, uniform, policies) and upsell.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory in restaurant or retail.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff.
- POS systems experience.
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, and an Applicant Tracking System.
- Available to work 4-5 days, 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
