๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage on-duty shifts when the GM is absent.
  • Supervise and coach 2-5 team members on sales and deliveries.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for new hires when the manager is away.
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Uphold Insomnia Cookies' standards for baking, uniforms, and policies.
  • Drive upselling and provide excellent customer service.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant/retail.
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
  • POS systems experience.
  • MS Office, Word, and ATS familiarity.
  • Able to work 4-5 days per week with 1-2 late shifts (Thu-Sun).
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
