- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookiesβ standards (baking, uniform, policies).
π― Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- POS systems experience.
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Able to work 4-5 days and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
