Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Serve as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when the GM isn't present.
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members on sales and deliveries.
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training.
• Conduct initial interviews for hourly hires when the manager is absent.
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
• Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies’ standards (baking, uniform, policies).

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
• POS systems experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Able to work 4-5 days and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
