Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Serve as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when GM isn't present.
• Supervise, train and coach 2–5 team members.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for hourly hires when manager absent.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
• Uphold standards; ensure policy, uniform compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews.
• POS system experience.
• MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking System.
• 4–5 day work week with 1–2 late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in US.
