  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when GM is absent.
  • Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential hires when the manager is absent.
  • Support ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Hold staff accountable to standards (baking, uniform, policies).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • At least 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
  • POS systems experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Word, and an ATS.
  • Able to work 4-5 days, with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
