- Serve as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when GM is absent.
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential hires when the manager is absent.
- Support ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Hold staff accountable to standards (baking, uniform, policies).
๐ฏ Requirements
- At least 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- POS systems experience.
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, and an ATS.
- Able to work 4-5 days, with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
