- Perform Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the GM is absent.
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, Delivery Drivers).
- Support ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Upselling and customer service excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- POS systems experience.
- Proficient with MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Available to work 4-5 days with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
