📋 Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the store’s business to drive sales and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of retail or related leadership experience.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership approach.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; ability to lift up to 22.7 kg and stand.
