Ensure merchandising standards, inventory control, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute brand plans.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of retail or related leadership experience.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Self-motivated with strong time management and accountability.
Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership approach.
Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; ability to lift up to 22.7 kg and stand.
